Clear Communication
You matter to us, and we make sure you’re always in the loop. With a dedicated Project Manager, you’ll receive progress updates and photos from the job site. Any questions or concerns you have will be addressed quickly to ensure a smooth experience.

When it comes to pricing, transparency is key. Unlike others who may offer a low initial bid only to pile on unexpected change orders, Kenwood Construction provides clear, upfront pricing. We work hard to stay within budget and avoid surprises down the road. If changes are needed, we’re happy to accommodate, but we don’t position for upsells after the contract is signed. Your project should be as straightforward as possible, from start to finish.

Aaron Wiley
After decades of experience managing home construction and renovation projects, I decided it was time to branch out on my own. The companies I worked for gave me some really great experience but I kept feeling like there’s was much being missed on the true potential to be achieved in home renovation.
I started Kenwood Construction to give me room to run as far as my clients wanted to go with their projects, offering top of the line customization while helping my clients optimize the investment in their homes with money well spent.

Kitchen Renovation
We had hired another contractor who brought out the cabinets for our kitchen then disappeared. Kenwood Construction came in and did a great job of helping us design the space using the cabinets we had to maximize the use. They also installed a tile floor and custom backsplash that looks amazing! We love our new space and are already planning to finish our basement with them!
First floor Renovation
We had a hard time finding the right contractor for our remodel, most of them either didn’t take the time to meet with us or offered a very basic selection package and wouldn’t allow us to make our own selections. Kenwood Construction drew a sketch plan, came out and laid the design out on the floor for us so we could really feel how it would flow. Then, we were allowed to move things according to exactly how we wanted them to be. We were also able to pick custom selections and tile shower designs which really reflect our taste and style. They over-communicated with us every single day and had scheduled meeting during the process which allowed us to ask questions and really feel like we were a part of the team. Great design, great process, and a phenomenal product we love.
